Joey is one of the Burgle Brats. He made his debut appearance in the episode The Great Bicycle Mystery. Although he is one of the Burgle Brats, he sometimes appears to be nice (A Very Brrr-y Icemas and Heroes vs. Villains). As a hero, he has a red cape and goes by the name of Captain Obvious (Heroes vs. Villains Super Chums ).

Appearance

Joey is bald and has black eyebrows, black eyes, brown skin, a red nose, and blushing cheeks. He wears a green t-shirt with a monster truck.
