It's the start of summer vacation and everyone has left school to enjoy summer fun, but Fanboy and Chum Chum stay behind to get Fanboy's textbook turned in and wind up locked inside the school. Now, it's up to them to escape, otherwise their summer vacation will never happen.
The Last Day of School[]
This is what the school looks like before inflating...
...and after.
It was only the springing kids trying to hold Fanboy to the floor.
"Don't give him an inch!"
"We still have 10 seconds before summer vacation!"
Clock is ticking, CLOCK. IS. TICKING!
"Must! Get! Out of School!"
"Please, sir! I beseech thee! Let him go!"
"He went the whole year with average attendance, hasn't he suffered enough?"
"He just wants to go to the carnival!"
CARNIVAL?!?
We're leaving now!
"Don't forget to turn in your textbooks!"
Hooray! We're free! No school!
FREEDOM!!! So am I!
Chum Chum and I are ready to go home, but...
"Hold it right there!"
"No one leaves without turning in their textbook."

Searching for a textbook[]
There it is, the desk of enchantment.
You see anything in it?
I see everything!
Pencil stuffs,
A sandwich crust,
Chewed erasers,
A spit collection,
And the spelling test you got a D plus on.
"I thought I put that on the fridge."
"You did! The fridge is on top of those rotten bananas."
"Alright, Chum Chum!"
"One of us is gonna have to dive face first into that..."
"Murky..."
"Festering pile of garbage..."
"While the other stays here in school."
"Buah, school?"
Not it! I'm going in!

Several hours later...
...we managed to get the book.
"Mr. Mufflin! I found the book!"
"Mr. Mufflin?"
Uhh, Fanboy? Is school always this empty during the day?"
"Everybody's gone!"
"Do you know what this means?"

"No teachers! No homework!"

"Ride our bikes all through the school..."

"We're all alone there's no one in...sight."
"It's night and someone's turned off the light!"
"I think I might be filled with...fright?"
