Bus Lady Cram is Lunch Lady Cram's Sister who looks an awful lot like Lunch Lady Cram. She likes to force the Children and Mr. Hank Mufflin to go to the glop mines. She only appeared in two episodes: "Field Trip of Horrors" and "The Winners." Like her sister, she is voiced by Candi Milo.

The only difference between her and her sister is that Bus Lady Cram is much more cruel and antagonistic.
